Hickory smoked classic pulled pork served up Memphis style with vinegar based slaw and homemade bbq sauce-sweet or spicy. Small friez included.
Smothered friez
Friez topped with hickory smoked pork, chicken or vegan sausages and smothered in melted cheese, verde, white bbq sauce, sour cream and chives. Flavorful shareable!
Empanadaz
Home made empanada dough stuffed with smoked meat or vegan sausage and fried crispy golden. Served with siracha aioli and bbq dipping sauce. Two large delicious empanadaz for sharing!

About Antonio
I love cooking for people! I grew up seeing uncles smoke meat in Memphis, and as an adult explored the flavors of Puerto Rico, where the other half of my family is from. I combine both backgrounds through smoked meats in homemade empanadas. Supporting our community is also important to me, so part of our profits are donated locally each month. Do you offer gluten free options?
Our no carb bowlz are gluten free and our smothered fries are gluten free if you can tolerate possible gluten contact in the fryer.
Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes, we offer smoked vegan sausages served in our no carb bowls (VG) smothered fries (V), and empanadas (V).
Can I order over the phone or online?
We currently only accept orders in person. Come see us, we'll make it worth your while!
